COURSE STRUCTURE
This is an intensive course for up to 22 participants, over four days.
The course combines theory sessions in the class room with practical sessions at export facilities on animal handling, restraint and treatment.
Evening sessions will be held on days 2 and 3 where the trainers will present slides and DVDs of on board activities, export destinations and answer questions.

QUALIFICATION PATHWAYS
Participants who satisfy the assessment requirements of the course (level of participation, satisfactory assessment of livestock handling skills and a written exam) will be awarded a certificate of provisional accreditation. Full accreditation is awarded after the completion of two voyages where competency is assessed.

LiveCorp Members: $2,200 (incl. GST)
Non-Members: $3,200 (incl.GST)
Course fees include: tuition, training manuals, morning and afternoon tea, lunches, certificates and transport to the animal handling facilities.
Full payment is required to secure a place within the course.
NB: Accommodation, travel and other meals are not included in the course fees.
